    The service department was wonderful in getting my vehicle in and out, the service advisors was very helpful and knowledgeable as well with this experience. Keep up the good work - and love the changes since my last few visits.

    My tailgate on my 2018 Enclave wouldn’t open. I didn’t know someone and turned the control to off. Actually didn’t know it could be turned off. Instead of checking that when I came there, they let me leave it and charged $200 to turn that knob. I was not a happy camper 😔

    I have had the worse experience the last 2 times I've had my truck serviced here. I got an oil change and my fluids weren't filled as I was told it was included. I paid for a tire rotation and I dont believe my tire was rotated due to my tire pressure numbers were the same when as when I arrived there. Like, did they balance the tires at all. Then after a 2hr wait, my truck had to be taken back to get the fluids filled and they only added air to my tires. I honestly dont feel my tires were rotated at all. My next service date sticker was not placed in my windshield and I had to wait 2 hrs for this service. I have been coming to this place for 13yrs. It was better when it was Mitchell Buick. The workers they have now are awful in the service department. The only good experience is the guy at the service desk was very polite and he did apologize for the things that were not done.

    I always take my car to Cannon for any services needed. They can check to see what is needed and keep my car running in tip top condition. I trust them to do any work necessary.
